Declan Corey - Mandolinenspielerin des Tages am 6. August
All in all, quite a nice album.
Its important to state, that this isn’t a 100% traditional Irish music album, there are different tunes original pieces and some contemporary singing….still though, the musicianship is tight.
There are some lovely stringed pieces, featuring mandolin and guitar. The Concertina is played by Shane Bracken and is definitely worth checking out. Fiddle in parts is not as prominent as I would like it to be, but is nicely played.
This one is defintiely worth a listen, for string and concertina lovers.
